THE JOURNEY (From Backyard to Precision)

At age 15, twins Sola and Socha began their journey in a backyard in Samut Songkhram. Starting with a handmade roaster and foreign tutorials, they decoded the science of coffee through pure trial and error. As their craft matured, the need for professional consistency led them to the Aillio Bullet. This “Black Pig” became their silent partner, bridging the gap between passion and precision. They spent six months mastering its variables, eventually proving its reliability through an intense 45-batch marathon. For PobRak, this precision isn’t just about efficiency; it’s about honoring their golden rule: “Every shot must be tasted; only the perfect ones are served.”

A community that refines together, elevates together.” Growth, for Sola and Socha, was never about keeping secrets. They transformed their roastery into an open space for knowledge exchange. This collaborative spirit culminated in RoastMania 2024, a competition they co-organized using the Aillio Bullet as the unified platform for Thai roasters to test and refine their skills. Today, Sola is recognized as a Rising Star Roaster, and PobRak has expanded to Bangkok. They’ve proven that while the right tools unlock potential, it is the willingness to share and grow together that truly elevates a community.
