Section 19 – Changes to Terms
The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Such changes shall take effect immediately upon posting on the website.
Section 20 – Shipping Policy
- Service Area: The Company provides shipping services covering all areas within Thailand. For international shipping, the Company supports only certain designated countries. Please contact our staff to verify service availability, shipping rates, and specific conditions for each country before placing an order.
- Order Processing Time: Once payment has been fully confirmed, the Company will prepare the parcel and deliver it to the shipping carrier within 1–2 business days (the Company is closed on Sundays and public holidays).
- Delivery Time:
• Within Thailand: Approximately 2–5 business days
- • International: Approximately 7–10 business days or longer, depending on distance and customs clearance procedures in the destination country
- The Company cannot guarantee delays caused by external factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, domestic transportation system issues, or customs clearance procedures by authorities.
- Import Duties and Taxes: For international orders, the buyer is solely responsible for paying import duties, Value Added Tax (VAT), and any other applicable fees in accordance with the laws of the destination country. The Company shall not be responsible for any costs or delays caused by customs authorities holding the parcel.
Section 21 – Order Cancellation, Returns, and Refund Policy
To comply with international payment system regulations and to protect all parties, the Company hereby sets forth the following important conditions:
- Order Cancellation:
If cancellation is requested after payment has been completed, the Company reserves the right not to refund the 3% transaction fee (Payment Gateway Fee), as this cost is charged by the payment service provider and is non-refundable to the Company in all cases.
- If the product has already been delivered to the shipping carrier, the shipping fee is non-refundable, and the customer shall be responsible for the return shipping cost to send the product back to the Company in perfect condition.
- Shipping Damage & Errors:
Upon receiving the parcel, please inspect the product immediately and notify the Company within 7 days from the date of receipt.
- Main condition for claim consideration: For fairness and to prevent disputes, the Company reserves the right to consider claims only in cases where there is a clear and continuous “Unboxing Video” (single shot, no cuts or edits) showing the shipping label and clearly showing the damaged product condition. If no video evidence is provided or the claim is made after 7 days, the Company reserves the right to reject all claims or returns in all cases.
- Refund Process:
If a refund is approved, the Company will process the refund through the original payment method only, for security and fraud prevention purposes.
- The refund processing time depends on the issuing bank or payment service provider’s billing cycle, which normally takes approximately 15–45 business days from the date of approval by the Company.
