THE START
For over two decades, Wut’s life was anchored to the predictable rhythm of an office career. He was not a coffee industry insider, nor did he have years of roasting experience. He was simply an everyday professional with a passion that grew quietly over time. When he finally decided to step into the world of coffee roasting, he started entirely from scratch. Working from the limited space of his townhouse, the transition was not about grand ambitions. It was born from a sincere desire to learn and experiment. He wanted to see if someone starting from zero could truly craft something meaningful and produce a cup of coffee that could speak for itself.

THE GROWTH
That sincere dedication quickly turned into tangible success. Within just four months, Wut’s orders soared to 250 kilograms a month, occasionally peaking at 350. There were demanding days when he stood roasting from 5 AM until late at night. To handle this immense growth within a compact residential space without disturbing his neighbors, he needed equipment that offered both precision and discretion. The Aillio Bullet became his quiet backbone. Its reliable performance allowed him to focus entirely on his craft, and as demand steadily outgrew his hands, adding a second Bullet simply became the natural next step. Today, roasting is no longer just about business for Wut. It has become a fulfilling journey of developing a distinct DNA for his brand.
