In 2018, a small coffee shop opened in Ratchaburi. Hidden down Soi Maen Ramluek, past the petrol station, two hundred meters into the lane. The room was not large. Few would stumble upon it. But those who did, came back. Inside that modest room, the owner, Khun Sathit (Tom),<\/strong> roasted coffee every single day. Rotating Thai and international beans week by week, he wasn’t just serving coffee; he was roasting trust. Customers returned for one simple reason: a taste that returned, exactly the same, every time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Eventually, the demand outgrew the room. Today, Smallroom<\/strong> has evolved. The new Ban Rai location is no longer a hidden, tiny room. It is a sprawling, airy loft space surrounded by nature. They now roast in massive volumes, creating signature profiles like their “Muang Nhor”<\/strong> house blend, and supplying wholesale beans to caf\u00e9s across the region. The physical shop has grown immensely. But the “Smallroom”<\/strong> mindset, that microscopic attention to detail and unwavering consistency from day one\u2014remains exactly the same.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
